Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 working days, excluding weekends and public holidays. During busy periods such as sales or restocks, processing times may be slightly extended. If this happens, customers will be notified. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email or message with delivery details and tracking information where applicable.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

For UK Standard Delivery, orders typically arrive within 2–5 working days after dispatch and are delivered via Royal Mail, Evri or a trusted courier service. If UK Express Delivery is available, orders are usually delivered within 1–2 working days after dispatch and are prioritised for faster processing. Where local pickup is offered, customers will be notified when their order is ready for collection.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and depend on the weight of the order, the delivery location, and the selected delivery method. From time to time, Afrique Kulture may offer free shipping promotions, which will be clearly advertised on the website and social media pages.

International Shipping

At present, we do not offer international shipping. If international shipping is available, delivery times typically range between 7–14 working days depending on the destination. Customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or additional charges imposed by their country.

Order Tracking

Where tracking is available, customers will receive a tracking number once their order has been shipped. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update after dispatch.

Delivery Issues

If your order is delayed, lost, or arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date. You can reach us via email or WhatsApp, and we will work with the courier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
